Motorcycle deliveries
The quickest way across town when it has to be there now.

Priced from the routed road distance and the driving time, so a run through the CBD at five o'clock is not charged the same as the same distance on an empty road.

A recovery is mostly the call-out. Getting a truck to you and loading a vehicle that may not roll is the work; the drive to the garage is the easy part, so the base carries more of the price here than the kilometres do.
We ask what happened and whether the wheels are locked before anyone is dispatched. It is the difference between a truck that can take the job and one that arrives, looks, and leaves.
Service 03
Medical courier
Specimens, blood products, vaccines, medicines and records between clinics, laboratories and pharmacies.

This is not a parcel service with a different name. A courier carrying a specimen does not pick up anything else on the way, and we ask how the consignment must be kept before it is collected, because a cold-chain box carried at room temperature arrives worthless and nobody can tell by looking at it.
For clinics and laboratories running regular collections, talk to us about a standing arrangement rather than booking each one.

Home & office movers
Trained, uniformed crews for a flat, a house or an office.

A move is mostly labour and loading rather than distance, so the base and the crew carry more of the price here than the kilometres do.

A long-haul per-kilometre rate has to be far lower than an urban one. At the town rate, Harare to Bulawayo would price a single package like a house move, which is not a service anybody buys.
Pricing
How a price is worked out
The same formula on every service, itemised before you agree to it.
Base fare
A fixed starting amount for the service you chose.
Distance
The routed road kilometres, not the straight line between two pins.
Time
The estimated driving time, so traffic counts for something.
Surcharges
Weight and helpers, where the service uses them. Shown separately.
That total is a recommended price, not a quotation. Accept it, or name your own and let nearby drivers decide whether to take it.

Before you book
How do I pay?
Cash, directly to the driver, when the job is done. FAST does not take your payment or hold your money. Have the agreed amount ready.
Is the price fixed once I accept?
Yes. The price is what is on the offer you accepted, and it does not change afterwards unless the job itself changes. A different destination, a longer wait or extra items are all fair reasons, and in that case you and the driver agree the new amount first.
Are my goods insured?
Not by FAST. Any cover depends on the driver's own insurance. If the value of what you are sending matters, insure it yourself before you send it. This is set out in full in our Terms of Service.
What can I not send?
Anything you are not lawfully entitled to move: illegal drugs, firearms and explosives, hazardous chemicals, counterfeit or stolen goods, and anything needing a permit you do not hold. Please also do not send cash or items of exceptional value.
What if no driver accepts?
Your request expires and nothing is owed. It usually means the price is below what drivers will take for that distance, or there is nobody nearby at that hour. Raising your offer or trying again shortly is usually enough.
Do you deliver outside Harare?
Yes. City-to-city covers routes between towns nationwide. Local services run in and around Harare, with coverage growing.
